Dahab Diving |
Because of the topography of the land and the fringing reefs, almost all diving around Dahab is done from the shore. Not that it in any way detracts from the experience – far from it. At one site, just stepping from the shore, you will find yourself over safe, shallow sand, excellent for training; at another, you will hang suspended beside a spectacular wall that plunges to 100m or more. What more could you ask? |

A typical day
A typical day's diving or snorkelling from our Blue Beach Dive Club would comprise two snorkel or SCUBA dives, either to the north or south of the town, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Between dives, there are opportunities to take refreshments and a meal, and to soak up the sunshine at a number of informal Bedouin restaurants. You might also choose to round off your activities with some night diving, and set yourself up for an evening meal in one of the friendly restaurants along Dahab's beach area. |
